The Infobar 2 handset has been announced by KDDI. The bar type handset will be available soon in Japan through Sanyo. As a successor of the original Infobar (which was announced back in 2003) and a new product from AU, this candybar phone will come equipped with 2.6-inch OLED display, 2 mega-pixels camera, stereo speakers and micro SD expansion slot. The size of a mere 47×138x15.5 mm and weighs at just 104g.

Coming in 4 different colors, the Infobar 2 boasts a battery life of 290-minutes of talk time and 350-hours of standby time. It also supports 1-Seg complete with its built-in tuner, so user can watch mobile TV as well as reserved TV recording.
