Samsung Blast SGH-T729 Available now through T-Mobile USA

Samsung yesterday announced the launch of the Samsung Blast SGH-t729 cell phone which is available exclusively through T-Mobile. Running on GSM (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) network, it is the first T-Mobile phone that offers direct access to personal e-mail, such as Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, MSN, ICQ and AOL email, allowing users to check messages anytime they want.
The SGH-t729 is a fierce-looking crimson and pretty black slider phone with an enhanced keypad that makes texting and instant messaging easier. Featuring 262k TFT color display with 176×220 pixels, the Blast has a QWERTY-like keypad with T9 predictive text which is hidden behind the screen. It provides fairly large space to enable your fingers move faster, making typing more comfortable.
Additional features, include an integrated 1.3MP camera with four-times digital zoom, video recording functions, MP3 player, external memory card slot, speaker independent music recognition and stereo bluetooth technology as well. The slider also provides enhanced T-Mobile myFaves capabilities, so those who are myFaves subscribers can send an audio postcard. It measures 4.16×2.04x 0.5-inch and weighs at 2.82 ounces with standard battery. The battery supports up to 5 hours of talk time and 8 days of standby time. The Samsung Blast is now available at T-Mobile.com
