The iWear VR920 is a video eyewear by Vuzix that specially designed for PC gamers. Claimed as ‘the world’s first fully immersive virtual reality video eyewear for PC gaming’, this device features VGA progressive scan LCDs with 640×480 resolution, a 32 degree field of view, adjustable headphones three degree head tracker and is compatible with XP/Vista operating system.
Weighing at just 3.2-ounce, the VR920 also includes a built-in noise canceling microphone for Internet VOIP communications and a switch to toggle between 2D and 3D, but the most interesting feature of all, that is, it supports a 62-inches virtual screen from nine feet away. and also supports several games, including World of Warcraft and Microsoft Flight Simulator X, as well as the upcoming Bio-Shock, the iWear VR920 is now available for around $400.
