Samsung 94 series 1080p plasma HDTVs supporting Wi-Fi

Samsung Electronic has just introduced the 94 series 1080p plasma HDTVs that sport 802.11n Wi-Fi function (for streaming up to 1080i video) The new plasmas come in two versions, the 50- and 58-inch version. Both of them boast a 1080p displays with 15,000:1 contrast ratio,18-bit color processing, 3 CEC HDMI ports, ATSC / clear QAM tuners, USB and Ultra FilterBright light diffusion.
The 94 series 1080p plasma HDTVs will be priced at $3600 for the 50-inch version, and for the 58-inch, it is set at $5300. These plasmas is expected to be launched in the last quarter of this year. Along with the 94 series, Samsung also unveiled a 58-inch version of its 84 series which will be retailed in September for $4700 each. [via Engadget]
