The LCD TV ‘POP UP’ has just been presented by electronics giant Sharp at CEATEC SHOW 2007. The most interesting thing about the 52V-inch TV protoype is that it will automaticaly hide itself under the the TV cabinet if someone turn the switch off. Weighing at just 25kg and measures 20~29mm thin, the ‘POP UP’ TV provides contrast ratio of 100,000:1 and has the capability to reproduce 150% of NTSC color gamut.
