Fujitsu FMV-T8140: The Lightest Tablet PC Available Today?

Fujitsu has taken the veil off what it claims is the world’s lightest Tablet PC available today, called FMV-T8410 line of FMV-LIFEBOOK T series. The Lifebook measures 33mm thick and weighs at just 1.49kg, featuring an Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 ultra-low voltage processor running at 1.06GHz , 4GB of RAM, 1,280×800 resolution, 30GB hard disk drive, and DVD drive.

Fujitsu FMV-T8140 tablet PC runs Windows Vista operating system and supports a 802.11a/b/g wireless connectivity as well as fingerprint reader. Furthermore, this new ultra-portable computer offers up to 6.8 hours of battery life. The FMV-T8140 will go on sale from July with suggested price at $2,650.
