Sophia Nani PDA phone (a device that is believed as a true iPhone ‘killer’) has finally been released in Japan. Running Windows CE 6 operating system, the new device is powered by an RMI Alchemy Au1250 Media Processor running at 600MHz…yes, you read it right…600MHz of computing power and offers PDA functionalities.
The Sopia Nani phone boasts a 4.3-inch TFT display (with touchscreen function) is capable to present 800×400 screen resolution. The size of a mere 140×80.5×17mm and weighs at 180 gram. This device is a complete PMP that supports various media file formats, including MP3, WMA, WAV, Ogg Vorbis, MPEG, Xvid and Divx.
What makes it special when compared to other devices that is the Nani supports a SIM with transmitter built-in and receiver, called W-SIM. Other notable features, include a 802.11b/g WiFi, GPS navigation, miniUSB, microSD card slot, 3.5mm headset jack and twin cameras. Moreover, this PDA device also comes loaded with MS Office and support for PDF file.
