The iPaQ 912 ‘Business Messenger’: New High-End PDA Phone from HP

Along with the ‘iPAQ 612 Business Navigator‘ HP also presented the new high-end PDA phone, dubbed as the ‘iPAQ 912 Business Messenger‘. This device features a 2.46-inch TFT 320×240 pixel touch panel display with LED backlight, a 3MP camera, GPS navigation (3D map), 520MHz PXA270 processor, 126MB SDRAM main memory for running applications and 256MB flash ROM.
Running on Windows Mobile 6.0 OS, HP’s ‘iPAQ 912 supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE quad-band, 3G HSDPA, integrated WiFi 802.11b/g with WPA2 security and Bluetooth connectivity for advanced mobility. Microsoft Office Mobile, Outlook Mobile, IE Mobile and push e-mail service are all supported as well. It measures just 113×64x16mm and weighs just 146 gram. The ‘iPAQ 912 PDA phone is available in AP region with a starting price at $599.
