Energizer has come up with its new portable power solution for the new line-up of iPod audio players. Recent report suggest that the Energi To Go (that’s what the company call it) is capable to extend the music playback time by max 46 hours on the iPod nano or and up to 32 hours when playing video on the iPod, according to the recent test done by Energizer team. Apple’s sixth generation ‘iPod classic’ is finally available in Korea market. In case you didn’t know yet, it comes in all-metal shell finish with cover flow interface and offers up to 160GB storage capacity. Yesterday Steve Jobs has introduced the highly anticipated touch-sensitive iPod after months of rumors has been circulating. Dubbed as iPod Touch, it has the same look with Apple iPhone from the outside with a large, 3.5-inch widescreen and a customary ‘home’ button at the bottom. As for the screen itself, it is able to display images just like the iPhone and adopts the company’s “pinch-to-zoom” technique. It also supports the customary slide for unlocking the device. Apple yesterday has officially launched its 3rd-gen of iPod nano. The new version completely eliminates the use of plastic end caps, instead it is built from an anodized aluminum and has a larger, 2-inch display with 320-by-240 screen resolution. Even nicer, it is thinner than previous model at 0.25-inch. It supports video playback and reportedly offers the same high-quality games as the fifth-generation iPod, including Sudoku and Vortex as well as one other game. Read the rest
