Giant Samsung has just unveiled its new LCD TV (1080p) which measures just 1cm thick. According to the company the 40-inch display has a bezel that’s just 1.5cm, down from the 3cm typical of today’s similarly sized LCD TVs. The panel, using an LED backlight that allows it to reach 92 % of the NTSC standard for color saturation. Read the rest

Take a look at Sony’s XEL-1 TV, it is so slim. Adopting the Organic EL display technology, this TV has a very thin screen at just 3mm thick. This is pretty cool I think. Furthermore, Its 11-inch QHD Screen is capable to present 960×540 resolution and 1000000:1 contrast ratio with vivid colors. It supports for Hi-Def video and comes with a HDMI port as well. Another HDTVs from Samsung, the electronics giant has just announced the Samsung 69 series / LN-T4069F of 120Hz LCDs during CEDIA event. Coming in two different models, the 40- and 46-inches 1080p screens, it is a downgrade from the more expensive ones (Samsung 71 series), but thankfully it lack one downside…Guess what? Not too long ago, we found that LG electronic announced its LG M228WA Monitor that can be used as monitor or High Definition TV (HDTV) and now, we have an impressive designed Tablet PC by Montevallo that can transform into an LCD TV.
