Electronics giant Sanyo has just unveiled the Xacti DMX-HD700 HD digital movie camera. It comes with similar body design as the Waterproof CA65 Xacti version (or E1 for U.S market), but it only has 720p HD movie recording functionality, rather than 1080p. Sanyo bundles the HD700 with SD/SDHC memory card to store the photos taken with 7MP camera as well as videos. It is compatible with MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video format. Read the rest

Sanyo has finally unveiled the new, slim Full HD camcorder, dubbed as the “Xacti DMX-HD1000 in the Japanese market. With dimensions 90.0 x 112.6 ×54.5mm and weighs at 268g, this new compact camcorder features ergonomic design with up-to 135 degree adjustable grip, 2.7-inches wide LCD, 8 Mega-pixels still shot and 10x optical zoom.
